Honey market in Pakistan : What does data suggest

Gallup Pakistan Digital Analytics we have built a dashboard using Pakistan Bureau of Statistics HIES 2025

Using this we can now estimate market size for close to 300 products in Pakistan

For example honey . Close to 3% households reported buying honey in a fortnight.

They also reported how much they spent on buying and using this we estimate a total market of around 16 billion PKR annually.

Data also suggests that top quintile has a higher consumption , here 1 in 10 households consume it (3 x the average). Moreover we see provincial differences as well as urban / rural differences too
