Morning shows are what talk shows are not : topics covered other than politics , tone is positive rather than hostile , more relaxed time , hosts want to listen to guests invited and above all the team has done their home work (usually decided one day in advance).

Our today’s conversation was about New Year Resolutions and Gallup Pakistan surveys have consistently shown close to 20% Pakistanis have new year resolutions and they fall in three distinct buckets : Personal Traits and Habits improvement (sleeping early , losing weight etc) , religious motivations (praying more regularly , being more pious) and civic responsibilities (being more active in national and local politics , doing some thing for Pakistan).
